This Size 3 nylon reverse invisible zipper is designed for garments where a clean, concealed zipper appearance is required. It features a nylon coil structure, closed-end construction and a matching almond-shaped auto-lock puller.

Reverse Invisible Coil Structure
The zipper uses a reverse nylon coil construction, with the coil positioned on the reverse side of the zipper tape.
After sewing, the coil is largely concealed from the outside of the garment, creating a cleaner appearance than an exposed zipper. The coil teeth are arranged evenly along the tape to support consistent engagement with the slider.
This construction is suitable for garment areas where the zipper needs to remain visually discreet.
High-Density Nylon Tape
The zipper tape is made from woven nylon fabric with a firm and flexible construction.
A stable tape structure helps maintain consistent width and positioning during sewing. The tape also needs to withstand repeated bending and normal garment handling without excessive deformation.
For bulk orders, tape width, weaving quality, color consistency and overall tape appearance can be checked against the approved specification.
Auto-Lock Almond Puller
The zipper is fitted with an almond-shaped pull tab and auto-lock slider.
The auto-lock mechanism helps keep the slider in position after pulling, reducing unintended movement during normal wear. The pull tab provides a practical grip while maintaining the clean appearance of the reverse zipper construction.
The slider and coil are matched to ensure smooth opening and closing without excessive resistance during normal use.
