Quality Control

Finished buttons are inspected for issues such as scratches, dents, uneven plating, surface defects, deformation and shank misalignment before packing.
For repeat orders, production can be compared with an approved pre-production sample to maintain consistency in size, plating color, surface finish and overall appearance.
